Director of Laboratory Services

Director will oversee all day to day duties of the hospital clinical laboratories, neurology laboratory and administrative oversight of respiratory care department and leads the department in achieving departmental-and hospital-wide goals. This Director will have a team of about 30 FTE's, with 2 Supervisors and 4 Coordinators, reports to the Chief Clinical Officer.Bachelor's Degree in medical technology/clinical laboratory science, Master's a plus.Qualified as CLIA technical supervisor and/or technical consultant.5+ years as a Medical Technologist/Clinical Laboratory Scientist, with 2+ years management/supervisory experience.Certification as MT, CLS from American Society of Clinical Pathologist required.Basic Life Support certification required.
