Proactively communicate and provide solutions for value added service with excellence.Actively engage in AGI University's training program to maximize success through improving work, team, and life skills.Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics and Subcontractors to execute projects on time and within budget.Develop cost estimates and selling values of assigned projects; solicit, obtain, and negotiate bids from subcontractors and material suppliers.Issue, monitor and process purchase orders to subcontractors. Work in an ERP system to control finances.Monitor project progress and update status reports and forecasts to reflect changes.Participate in, or lead, weekly customer update meetings. Generate reporting to monitor progress or identify issues.Learn customers' brand and implementation standards. Incorporate those standards into execution.Generate invoices, collect, and post payments at project close out.Other activities required to operate AGI's internal business practices and Customer(s) requirements.Job Specifications:Education: Applicants should have a minimum 4-year degree (or equivalent experience) in business, engineering, or a field related to customer service.Experience: Preferred 3 years of similar experience in manufacturing or service environment. Demonstrated excellent customer service, verbal, and written communication skills.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office Suite, with Excel proficiency. Experience in EPICOR, Teams or Smartsheet desirable.Working Conditions: Work is performed in a general office environment.
