Responsibilities As a Property Disposal Specialist (Hazardous Waste Management), you will: Serve as BPA's Hazardous and Toxic Waste Disposal Officer. Consult with Pollution Prevention & Abatement Staff on policy changes to prioritize operational needs. Serve as contracting officer's technical representative (COTR) for the Agency's centrally coordinated disposal contracts. Represent BPA with Federal, State, and local regulatory agencies on BPA's disposal program compliance issues. Serve as BPA lead on the Hazardous Material Transportation Group, monitoring the Agency wide transportation of hazardous waste. Serve as the BPA's technical expert on environmental and regulatory requirements.
