Job Description:The Program Manager oversees functional machines and tooling for components utilizing standards, specifications, and line-up information presented by the Engineering Manager, Supervisor, or Leader.Job Responsibilities:• Lead cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver projects related to automotive manufacturing processes, product launches, and operational improvements.• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.• Collaborate with engineering, production, quality control, supply chain, and other relevant departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with organizational goals.• Monitor project progress, identify potential bottlenecks or roadblocks, and implement corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track.• Foster effective communication channels among team members, stakeholders, and senior management to provide regular updates on project status, risks, and milestones.• Conduct thorough risk assessments and develop contingency plans to address potential project disruptions, ensuring minimal impact on production timelines and quality standards.• Drive continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying areas for optimization within manufacturing processes, cost efficiency, and quality enhancements.• Uphold compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and quality protocols throughout the project lifecycle.• Act as a point of contact for customer interactions, ensuring that customer requirements are met, and fostering strong relationships to facilitate repeat business and customer satisfaction.• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, promoting a collaborative and productive work environment.• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management, highlighting project progress, achievements, challenges, and recommended actionsQualifications:• Strong understanding of automotive manufacturing processes, quality standards, and supply chain dynamics.• Exceptional project management skills, including project planning, risk assessment, resource allocation, and timeline management.• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capacity to collaborate effectively across different functional teams and communicate complex ideas clearly.• Proficiency in project management tools and software.• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt to changing circumstances.• Leadership skills to motivate and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving project goals.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Will act as a liaison between the company and our customers resolving emerging issues timely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualities and skills:Essential Functions:• Daily communication with customers via phone and email.• Establish and maintain EDI connection within AIM utilizing direct connect or • Trading Partners such as GXS or Covisint.• Customer setup in AIM - Item Master, Destination, Control Source, Ship Codes.• Entry and maintenance of blanket order and spot buy orders. • ACCUM discrepancy reconciliation.• Monitor AIM EDI Mailbox for errors and make necessary corrections.• Monitor daily and update customer portals for FCA, GM, CNH, Ford, Tesla,• General Dynamics, GSX and Covisint.• Process daily 810 transactions for FCA.• Process sequenced shippers from sequence location into OEM.• Process 3rd Party Shipper application in AIM and verify data for completeness.Qualifications:• 3 years experience in a high volume, tier 1 automotive environment.• Thorough understanding of 862 and 830 EDI transaction sets.• Ability to work independently.• Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills.• Proficient in Microsoft Office and AIM Vision MRP system.Physical Requirements:• Employee must have the ability to lift up to 35 pounds.• Employee will be required to work in an office environment, however, may be required to walk manufacturing or warehouse areas.
