Responsibilities : Will oversee, lead, empower and develop team of HRBP's Ensures effective and appropriate policies and procedures are followed Monitors responsibilities such as placement, transfer, separation, verifying employment, orientation, contracts, compensation schedule, FMLA Supervises and directs the work of the assigned geographically dispersed human resources staff Oversee the maintenance of records, files and databases of personnel actions, evaluations, compensation, employee relations, training, and compliance 15% to 20% travel required to local area sites as well to other geographical dispersed offices Qualifications/Background Profile : 10 years experience in the field or related area are required Bachelors degree is required Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both orally and written Familiar with government contracting concepts in relation to human resources. Position: HR Manager Location: Palm Coast, FL Company: Environmental Science Company Responsibilities: This person will be responsible for performing general HR functions in charge of the facility in Palm Coast as well as overseeing other facilities in the Area. This includes some recruiting, screening and hiring candidates for all lab positions, and working heavily in employee relations on a day-to-day basis.
