The Lead provides direction, oversight and accountability for this regional effort and integrates all aspects of implementation - including complex governance and collaboration, initiative design and tracking, policy and relationship development, outreach and communications, and fundraising. Rapid learning and adaptation are foundational to the success of this program. The Lead must embrace an interdisciplinary and systems wide approach that unleashes the full potential of renewable energy, climate science, policy, and communications staff working in multiple Great Plains states and at the regional and national levels. For U.S. based applicants only, the starting pay range for this position is generally within the range of $128,950 - $190,200 for annual base salary and is based on location, qualifications, specific skills, and experience.
