Consistently demonstrates good customer service and a helpful demeanor. Responds immediately to unusual or emergency situations on campus taking appropriate action to ensure the safety and security of Parkside staff, patients, guests, and property. Quickly and safely directs emergency responders on the property when emergency situations occur. Works with local law enforcement and/or other first responders as needed.
