This position reports to the assistant directors of OASIS.Primary responsibilities include:Answers the front desk phone and directing calls to the appropriate staff/advisors.Greets/receives all student and faculty visitors to OASIS as well as assists in answering general CEHHS questions.Responsible for managing OASIS student files and ensuring the integrity of the office electronic filing system (SharePoint) is maintained.Assists with office operational functions such as maintaining and scheduling of OASIS conference room, assisting students with security clearance paperwork, administering, and distributing mail within the office.Greets all visitors in a professional, calm and customer/student friendly manner at all times; performs other duties as assigned.Qualifications A high school diploma or equivalent and two years of experience. (Note: post high-school education and/or experience may substitute at a comparable rate.)Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in an FSU student-related work environment.
