This would require ensuring Validation Processes and procedures are adhered to and coordinating work instructions updates to ensure consistency, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.Qualifications:• Proficiency in Office Suite, Smartsheet and Box as an end user/basic administrator and general collaboration tools (e.g., Zoom)• Preferred familiarity with Jira, Microfocus ALM, Anaplan, Tableau applications• Strong communication and presentation skills• Proven ability to lead, influence and work well at all levels of an organization and in a cross-functional team environment.• Ability to handle ambiguity effectively and oversee multiple projects at once.• Minimum 8 years of experience involved in leading major cross-functional projects in Engineering and Manufacturing Operations• Medical device experience is a plus.• Certification in project management (PMP) desired• BS or equivalent work experienceResponsibilities:• Gain cross-functional alignment for successful project execution. Cross-functional teams include Engineering, IT, Testing, Project Quality, Operations, Security, Applications, Quality, Manufacturing, Regulatory, Compliance, Field Service, Customer Service, and other Business Units.• Manage activities and tasks related to new vendor evaluation, communication and coordination with internal team and vendors for Product Demos, Security Assessment, MSA, SOW and POC activities as needed.• Partner with business PM and leverage Organization Change Management - stakeholder analysis, communication plans, training material and end user training, solution adoption.• Organize and lead core team and executive steering committee meetings.• Provide clear communication to the organization on project status, critical path, as well as potential areas of risk in successful execution of projects.• Create, manage project plan and supporting tools to monitor timely tracking and status reporting to project team and executive leadership.• Manage project scope, resource constraints adhering to Project Management methodology and IT change control.• Work with project owners to ensure business needs are met• Work with the project team and key stakeholders facilitating meetings, assisting in tasks, etc.• Act as Test/Validation Lead, Training Lead, Cutover Lead, OCM lead and Project Coordinator except where the size of the project justifies a separate resource for one or more of these roles.Term & Start12-month contract with the possibility to extendFT, M-F 40hr/weekPay Rate: $80-85/HR ($160-170K Annually) Onsite in Sunnyvale, CA
