Responsibilities: Gains understanding of the departmental/domain business needs of end users Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define and deliver business-impacting projects Breaks down features from stakeholders/product leaders into stories; Documents and communicates features and stories to developers Works with leadership to prioritize development stories Manages and prioritizes team backlog Provides technical expertise and troubleshooting as needed to support production and development issues Writes test and success criteria for development stories Defines and implements improvement stories Actively participates in all relevant agile meetings and ceremonies for each project iteration Participates in knowledge sharing, peer collaboration, mentoring and training of colleagues Performs other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT or equivalent education and/or related experience 3+ years of relevant experience with working knowledge of Product Owner role and Azure DevOps (or similar software) delivering solutions using agile methodologies and processes 3+ years of experience in the field Business Analyst experience Experience in EPIC Experience with finance, revenue cycle, etc. Understanding SQL Understanding technical requirements, tasks and putting together communication Strong communication skills Self-starter/independent Healthcare background is nice to have The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs.
