Key Qualifications Ability to advise students individually and in groups on complex student-related matters. Professional experience in recruiting prospective students for admission to a university and/or an academic program. Experience explaining and interpreting academic policies governing a public or private university either in person, on the phone or via email. Ability to interact effectively with students, parents, faculty, and staff. Two years of experience working in a college or university's admissions, advising, evaluations, registrar, or other student service-related office is preferred. Experience using MS Office Suite (or Google Workspace) and familiarity with web-based applications. Flexibility, and attention to detail are required. Ability to manage multiple tasks.
