When directed, communicate with pharmacies on ordering prescription medications, check medication deliveries for accuracy and compliance with provider's orders and remediate any discrepancies.9. Assist in maintaining adequate over the counter medication supplies for assigned service population facility.10. Assist in arranging the transport of residents to health care appointments including; doctor, dentist, therapy, counseling, lab, and other required transporting visits.11. When directed, arrange proper disposal of unused and expired medications according to protocols.12. Develop, maintain, and audit an accurate Medication Administration Record (MAR) for each child and assist with the medication administration and health of service population as needed or requested by RN Manager.13. Provide required facility documentation and reporting in a timely manner to meet Compass Connections, federal and state guidelines within the required timeframes.14.
