Monitor closing reports and closing report submissions to ensure program compliance with federal standards.4. Regularly report program case status, including assignments, challenges and/or concerns regarding deadlines to supervisor.5. Track program data daily to ensure compliance with program expectations.6. Support new hires in completing required documentation.7. Assist in planning program meetings and trainings, including travel, accommodation, transportation, meals, and documentation.8. Coordinate project expense document uploading, including national car rentals and other large-scale expenses.9. Work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed or requested by position supervisor.10.
