Responsible for working directly with end customers to ensure all documentation required for their specific needs is available and maintained throughout the customer's lifecycle.Responsible for generation and managing all product spec sheets that are provided both internally and to end customers.Responsible for specifying all other food safety and compliance related documentation necessary and required to ensure both compliance for internal use and to meet end customer requirements.Additionally, works directly with either vendors or other internal company stakeholders to obtain documentation necessary to support food safety and compliance record keeping requirements.Oversees local (Kenosha) compliance and in the company's internal Vendor Compliance program.
