By working closely with Case Managers and Therapists, you will collaborate on crafting customized rehabilitation plans tailored to address the unique needs of each client. The successful candidate will have direct contact with clients and be responsible for the operations of the house each day. This role will involve sitting, standing, walking, stretching arms and legs, and speaking or listening. It may also involve lifting or moving up to 25 pounds, and occasionally up to 50 pounds. The employee will also need good vision, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, and the ability to focus.
