Essential Duties Collaborate with operations staff in the cleaning and operation of pumps, piping, valves, tanks, other facility equipment and systems. Perform routine preventative maintenance tasks on pumps, valves and other facility equipment. Perform routine building maintenance such as general demolition, painting, concrete repairs, and plumbing repairs.
