Be a mentor professionally and personally.Role Responsibilities:Seek out opportunities with existing clientsDevelop quality project estimates inclusive of take-offs with accuracySolicit subcontractors and distribute bid documentsDevelop proposal write-upsCoordinate and administer project turnover/kick-off meetingsCoordinate and communicate with project SuperintendentsDevelop and maintain project scheduleDevelop and maintain job cost phasing and budgetsMonitor and measure labor productivityGenerate and manage project submittalsCoordinate and manage project quality control planGenerate accurate and timely project requisitionsCoordinate and administer project meetings with owners and subcontractorsMaintain and report monthly job cost analysisManage labor, materials and equipment resources to ensure profitabilityAdminister project change ordersSafety Responsibilities:Review project hazards and develop risk assessmentComplete thorough and timely safety plan requestsConsistently review jobsite safety practices and proceduresMonitor quality and compliance with JHA's/AHA's/DAPPsConvey a positive and sincere attitude toward safetyMaintain ownership of and enforce safety policies with the crewRequire exceptional project site housekeeping on all jobsitesEducation: BS or BA in a related construction or engineering field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.Experience: Minimum five years of experience in the construction industry with at least three or more years as a project manager.
