It should be a priority to cultivate strong professional relationships with farmers. We want our producers to know that we are as vested in their crop as they are.Before a growing season begins, it will be the responsibility of the Field Rep to contact new and established growers, and reach agreements on price and acreage for crops to be produced. A trained field rep will want to verify with the grower, before signing contracts, that there is a complete plan to produce a crop that will meet the quality standard of the seed company.During the growing season the Field Rep will visit all assigned fields a minimum of once per week, taking notes on the condition of the crop. Drivers will cement and other materials to inter-company locations.Key Responsibilities (Essential Duties and Functions) Operate cement tanker deliveries to job sites. Drive cement tanker to supply terminals to pick up product and return to designated plants for unloading. Assemble loading and unloading tubes. In the event of a cement spill, assist in clean up. Clean truck after loading and delivery to prevent cement from hardening on truck and trailer. Spray surfaces of truck with acid compound to clean truck and trailer in accordance with company standards Perform other duties as assigned. The Customer Success Project Manager (CSPM) will work closely with the VP of Business Development in onboarding new accounts/customers. The CSPM will act as a liaison between newly onboarded customers and internal teams within the Multi-Pak organization. The CSPM will project manage the launch of the products including but not limited to, creation of project timelines, setting up documentation required for production, managing Customer Open Order Reports, forecasting expected sales, and overall, manage the project from inception to execution ensuring a successful launch. In instances where pre-market testing and/or packaging trials are required, the CSPM will be responsible for coordinating all aspects. This includes but is not limited to outlining the project scope, working alongside Procurement to ensure needed componentry is available, assisting with production execution (as needed) and, communicating results and next steps with internal/external stakeholders as appropriate.
