Essential Functions and Primary Duties Process monthly billing Assist in payroll processing Prepare monthly account reconciliations Responsible for monthly and annual budgeting/forecasting Prepare revenue and expenditure variance analysis Manage fixed asset activity Establish and enforce corporate accounting methods, policies and principles in accordance with GAAP/SOX Hire, train and supervise staff Provide analysis and actionable information to operations team Collaborate with external auditors to ensure successful audit results and compliance Participate in the ongoing development/establishment of accounting policies and procedures and operational strategies including the review and implementation of process and system changes Respond to inquiries from corporate finance and other firm wide managers regarding financial results, special reporting requests Other projects as assigned Preferred Qualifications Extensive knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulations High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to direct and supervise Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines Experience in a service business Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance 3+ years of relevant work experience, including proven leadership competency CPA Preferred Must possess analytical skills Must have and preserve required licenses Proficient use of applicable technology Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of an organization, both internally and externally Ability to travel as required by business REASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONIf you are a qualified individual with a disabilityyou may request reasonable accommodation if you are unable or limited in your ability to use or access this site as a result of your disability.
