Update the Staffing Plan and other tracking documents in the HR Share Drive to provide ease of access to hiring, onboarding, arrival information etc. Weekly, provide an interview and hiring progress report to HR leadership. All other duties as assigned. SKILL AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE Minimum of one year recruitment and/or supervisory experience. HR and recruitment software experience a plus. Computer proficiency with the ability to utilize MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Demonstrated talent for interacting with a wide variety of people; ability to effectively organize and coordinate multiple priorities; ability to learn and develop new skills; ability to problem solve.
