Job Summary The Work Methods and Development Consultant is responsible for leading the design and delivery of a variety of training and progression programs in Gas Operations. Identifies learning needs and develop and implement training solutions. Acts as a recognized technical resource to leaders and employees in the design and implementation of training/performance programs.
