The hours are 8am-5:30pm/6pm (flex for earlier/later and travel as needed) and they operate on a hybrid schedule with four days in the office and one day remote.Responsibilities:Execute detailed logistical plans for personal/high profile hospitality events, ensuring a bespoke experience at premier venuesCollaborate with external vendors (hotels and restaurants) to secure the most desirable reservations and accommodationsMaintain a thorough understanding of the principal's preferencesPrepare comprehensive travel itineraries, documents, and briefing materialsBuild and maintain long-lasting relationships with critical points of contact in all areas of hospitalityConduct global market research to identify the best restaurants, venues, and travel destinationsCoordinate and accompany the principal and Chief of Staff team on visits to various sitesStay attuned to industry developments, trends, and emerging destinations to provide strategic recommendationsQualifications:Degree preferred5-8+ years of relevant experience within the luxury travel, hospitality, or lifestyle industryComfortable travelling frequently (internationally and domestically with little noticeSophisticated and creative professional with exceptional attention to detailProficiency in travel booking systems and office softwareWhite glove service mentality and comfortable liaising with high profile individualsCompensation/Benefits:Up to $200K base depending on experience + OT + bonus100% covered medical, dental, and vision plans401K with match and company contribution3 week vacation, 4 floating days, 7 sick days, 10 paid holidaysFree lunch daily $25 creditBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
