WHAT YOU'LL DO: Review and process orders in a timely and accurate manner Review all orders for completeness and accuracy prior to order entry Receive and dispatch service machine repair requests for customers and end-users High volume telephone and E-mail management with customers and service technicians Evaluate customer entitlement according to contract terms Prepare quotations, enter part sales orders, track shipment Work closely with supply chain and logistics for timely shipment of orders Work with other departments to ensure on-time order fulfillment Process sales returns and credit memos on an as needed basis Investigate and resolve internal and external customer issues in a timely fashion Receive and file all required sales file documentation Adhere to existing policies and procedures, and actively participate in internal and external audits All other duties as assigned WHAT YOU'LL NEED: Education and Training Associates degree or 2-3 years equivalent work experience Experience Working in data entry and/or order processing and fulfillment in a professional office environment Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Strong attention to detail Proficient and accurate computer and typing skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Basic familiarity with ERP and CRM databases Solid oral and written communication skills Basic arithmetic skills Preferred Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Good time management Ability to prioritize responsibilities Ability to handle stressful situations such as heavy/varying workload Customer support with focus on service and flexibility Why 3D Systems?
