Builders Capital is headquartered in Puyallup, Washington, with regional sales offices across the country.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Daily job duties include gathering documentation, data entry, review, and validation of loan documentation, pipeline management, analyzing budgets, and identifying line items that may need to be changed in conformity with Builders Capital standard draw requirements. Obtain and review third-party services (appraisal, title, flood determination, etc.).Monitor the pipeline to ensure key dates and timelines are met. Proactively work the pipeline to meet monthly closings and set appropriate closing expectations with borrowers.Lead weekly pipeline meetings with LO and track loan status and progress.Submission to the Credit Analyst, make sure all required documentation has been obtained before the analyst review.Obtain the conditions required for closing the loan.
