The position is a self-starter who is experienced in Salesforce development and directing/managing such development from a strategic frame of mind, is an effective communicator who can translate technical information into business terms for stakeholders; has a keen process understanding, works well with ambiguity; has high energy and is adept at overcoming resistance to change.Principal among these activities is analysis, technical design, development, configuration, customization, integration, improvement, deployment, and training of creative solutions on the Salesforce Lightning Platform. The Senior Salesforce Programmer Analyst will mentor the CRM Application Analyst, communicate vision for the platform(s) and encourage strategic thinking, innovation and action. The position is responsible for ensuring solutions are flexible while meeting crucial company objectives and avoid project scope deviation.This position will work with business partners to review operational procedures, identify inefficiencies and design, develop and configure customizable and scalable processes and solutions in Salesforce. Proficiency in designing, documenting, building, coding standards, testing, and deploying Salesforce.com system enhancements, including APEX, SOQL complex formula fields, validation rules, Flow, approval processes, and reporting and dashboards. The position will support configuration and maintenance of user security permissions and hierarchies to comply with organizational requirements, handle complex data migration and hygiene projects and work with end users to provide best practices and tips on Salesforce, including training, documentation as well as global technical support and troubleshooting. The position will create system operation dashboards, reports and statistics that support data driven decision making and process improvement across the organization and review upcoming Salesforce.com release features as well as other integrated applications and provide recommendations when necessary.The Senior Salesforce Programmer Analyst will measure and monitor performance of Digital Sales & Marketing Technology development and maintain an open communication routine with Management.The Talent You BringEssential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in computer science or job-related discipline or equivalent experienceWorking knowledge and experience with complex business system integration as well as object-oriented design patterns and development.Experience working on Salesforce Lightning platform, Salesforce APISoftware engineering skills with Force.com platform (Apex, VisualForce, SOQL, Unit Testing)Demonstrated experience and knowledge of relational databases, data modeling, and managementStrong communication and time management skillsDemonstrate project management skills and manage multiple complex projects Strong analytical skills required for system enhancements and timely problem resolutionShows initiative, creativity, and ability to work independently and with others in a team effortAdvanced Microsoft Excel experiencePreferred Requirements:Salesforce CertificationsExperience with MS Power Platform Working knowledge and experience with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce integrationExperience with Agile development methodologiesExperience with web servicesHow We'll Have Your BackCatalyst Corporate's compensation structure offers market-competitive base pay.
