The Insulfoam Internship program is designed to prepare entry level college graduates for a Sales career in Building Material Sales within Carlisle Weatherproofing Technologies (CWT). In this role, you will be exposed to various departments within the organization learning processes, products, and the Carlisle Experience. During the program you will develop selling skills, overall business acumen, gain product and industry knowledge, and engage with professionals within the business including Sr leadership. During the program you will work directly under the supervision of a Regional Sales Manager and be paired with a Buddy/Mentor.
