Prepare proposals for mid to large-size projects, including the development of technical plans, schedules, and project budget estimates, and preparation with staff. Periodic travel to project sites. Your Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or above in engineering or related environmental field. Focused in civil, structural or machinal engineering field. Holds a Professional Engineering license. Experience 8 years minimum in the below fields: Solid waste management Waste to energy markets Facility (e.g. transfer station, recycling facility, materials recovery facility) development Project management experience, including budgets, schedules, and invoicing. Solid organizational and time management skills. Self-disciplined/motivated individual who works well in a team environment. Located in the northeastern states with a preference for Florida area. Proficiency with computer usage for document preparation including MS Word and Excel, and engineering software related to your field. Working knowledge of computer-aided design software; (e.g., AutoCAD, C3D, Revit, etc.). Strong communication, interpersonal, and developing leadership skills. Ability to communicate clearly and regularly with project manager/team. Strong analytical/technical skills. Regulatory experience is a plus, but not required. Established client relationships are a plus.
