As a Mechanical EIT you will perform engineering design tasks thru preparation of contract documents under the direct supervision of one or more licensed engineers. This person will be responsible for the maintenance, calibrations, and inspections of building equipment, services, and systems. They will need to have a valid or be eligible for 3rd Grade Engineering License or Boiler Operator License in order to operate the service and building requests. This person will come from an HVAC or Plumbing background with experience working with pumps, chillers, controls, compressors, boilers, and building management systems. This individual will need to have strong communication skills and a high attention to detail, while also having the opportunity based on performance to grow within leadership. Additional duties required below:Maintains all building equipment, services and systems including but not limited to boilers, generators, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, environmental, security systems.
