Bachelor’s degree preferred. + Minimum 4 years’ recruiting experience required (with HS Diploma) or minimum 2 years' recruiting experience required (with Bachelor's degree) + In-house recruiting experience in a corporate setting preferred **Physical Requirements** Approximately 10% travel primarily within NY State to NYPA facilities, Job Fairs and Campus recruiting events.
