In this role, you will help drive best practice while further fostering a culture of lean manufacturing.The Manufacturing Manager will have the following responsibilities:Being responsible for overall site production operations.Fostering a productive working environment that promotes safety, quality, and delivery.Identifying areas for process improvement and utilizing lean manufacturing to drive best practices.Being accountable for all aspects of plant production performance while ensuring that objectives are being achieved in a timely and cost-effective manner.Stays up to date on new trends and developments in methods, techniques, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies in the event that they ultimately might be incorporated to increase overall efficiency and resource efficacy.Lead Kaizens and mentor/coach team members to assure their ongoing development.The Manufacturing Manager should have the following qualifications:Degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Business, or equivalent 10 years of staff level leadership experience.7+ years' experience in Operations and/or Lean Management.Experience implementing Lean principles as they apply to manufacturing operations.
