As a Business Intelligence (BI) Engineer, your focus will be on providing metrics, operational insight, and other analytical support to stakeholders for the Sub-Same Day (SSD) Delivery business. SSD involves delivering packages within one of five specific promise windows, generally within 24 hours of of order time.
