As Executive Administrative Assistant, you will: Prepare executive for activities including prioritization of meetings, advising on potential calendar, events or corporate issues. Pro-active support for all executive organizational needs and priorities General, daily support for the executive such as scheduling, correspondence and implementing tasks. Perform general administrative duties such as filing, maintaining office supplies, preparing and logging expense reports, making travel arrangements, coordinating with other departments globally and outside contacts (customers, and vendors), when necessary.Coordinate travel arrangements (Internationally ) and transportation, as well as, plan events. On occasion must respond spontaneously to high-level requests and circumstances regarded as very important or urgent, requiring travel or working off hours (after hours, weekends, vacations, and/or holidays). Complete monthly credit card reconciliations.Prepare necessary documents and meeting materials.Provide written translation of documents, reports, presentations, letters, manuals, memorandums, etc. and verbal interpretation for meetings, conferences, classes, etc., as needed.Provide the customary support for visitors and company executives, to include planning and providing all elements of meetings (preparation, facilities, food, accommodations, etc.). We are looking for an administrative pro to join our team to help support two financial advisors and work along side a long term office manager.This is an in-person role in a professional office setting. The ideal candidate should have superb organizational skills, have strong attention to detail and be self-directed with the ability to prioritize projects and follow through independently.Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM to 4:30 PMSalary is dependent on skill level and experience.
