This is a professional activity that is not part of the educational program. The ROTs will participate as long as these coverage responsibilities take place outside of regular clinic hours, so as not to interfere with their regular trainee duties. During clinic hours the ROTs would be involved in their regular trainee duties under the supervision of a clinical faculty. At no time will the clinic coverage responsibilities interfere with trainee education. Must live within the geography: Miami, FL areaWhat You'll Do: • Engage customers through a variety of mediums (in-person/virtual), using deep disease-area competence • Identify tumor-focused business priorities at the account and territory-level; work with Oncology Business Manager to ensure appropriate account plans are crafted and managed • Apply full understanding of the tumor patient journey and engage with key multi-disciplinary care partners across all relevant journey elements • Conduct opportunity assessments across patient journey and inform account of plans using knowledge of treatment decision making. • Develop engagement plans focused on key account partners; share plans with cross-functional peers and manager to align collective and coordinate AZ approach, and ensure appropriate engagement • Educate and engage HCPs in dialogue about efficacy, safety, and dosing profiles for FDA-approved indications to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients • Be a role model for living AZ values; diligently and consistently uphold our ethical standards and compliance expectations Minimum Qualifications • At least 3 years of Pharmaceutical/Healthcare Sales experience• Bachelor's Degree • A valid driver's license and safe driving record Preferred Qualifications • Pharmaceutical Oncology sales experience • Hematology experience preferred • Experience with successful launches and balancing a complex portfolio • Track record of building customer relationships through various mediums (in-person and virtual) and strong sales goal achievements • Ability to learn, analyze, understand and convey complex information Next Steps - Apply today! The incumbent conducts initial, concurrent and retrospective chart reviews for clinical utilization and authorization. The Utilization Review Case Manager coordinates with the healthcare team for optimal and efficient patient outcomes, while avoiding treatment delays and authorization denials.
