Your New Role & Responsibilities Senior construction estimator is accountable for providing estimating technical expertise required within the scope of pre-construction services to meet design, cost, schedule and safety objectives. • Coordination with the project team, lead pre-construction cost planning including the development of conceptual, schematic and guaranteed maximum price "GMP" cost estimates.
