Additionally, this role is the primary source of HSE support for sales and service teams across the region.ResponsibilitiesIdentify operational and regulatory HSE risks, recommend solutions, and implement actions to ensure any breaches are addressed.Support and facilitate accident and incident investigations and provide advice on preventive measures to reduce risk.Responsible for the delivery of company HSE inductions, training, and skills development, including as required for on-site and field staff.Conduct and report on periodic site inspections and self-audits.Implement risk management program, including: General Risk Assessment, Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) Assessment, and Fire Risk Assessment.Manage a program of corrective/preventive actions to ensure the highest standards in safe working practices are met.Ensure continual improvement in all health and safety processes.Provide clear and concise information through reports of Risk Assessment and Method Statements (RAMS), incident trends and other key data, to enable management to make effective decisions.Support external HSE and related audits and regulatory visits.Educate the teams to understand the legal requirements in work health and safety and actively promote engagement regarding health and safety in the work environment.Work cross-functionally with Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP), site leaders, facility managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that HSE processes are fully deployed and effective.Identify knowledge or skills gaps in health and safety.
