Strong working knowledge of the Caltrans Oversight process for local agency delivery of state highway system improvements and projects. Confirmed excellence at all stages of the project life-cycle, from preparing bids to feasibility studies, consenting, detailed design and data analysis, and client management Sound professional judgement and commercial savvy, including identifying, assessing, evaluating and solving problems to brief and budget.
