As a member of the Division of Student Life Human Resources Team, the HR Coordinator will be responsible for executing a range of HR responsibilities from a collaborative, customer-service-oriented perspective. Working closely with all departments, the position provides recruitment services for openings within the Division of Student Life. The primary responsibility includes managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including but not limited to reviewing job descriptions to create job postings, executing job advertising, screening applicant submissions, providing phone screening/interviewing services, participating in interviews as needed, processing job offers, and facilitating background checks.
