Oversees ticket service and operations. Implements plans for season tickets, group sales, and individual game sales. Builds relationships with season ticket holders, general public and staff. Acts as the point of contact for the Athletic Department ticket operating system (PACIOLAN). Hires and trains student ticket office employees.
