About Practice Administrator position: AMS is seeking a Practice Administrator to be ultimate lead of the 120-headcount, 4 location cardiology practice. This Practice Administrator would be responsible for the day-to-day leadership of the practice as well as a number of growth initiatives. Examples of growth initiatives include a PET/CT nuclear imaging program and Intensive Cardiac Rehab program. These new initiatives will improve patient outcomes, reduce hospitalizations, improve physician productivity, and reduce the healthcare cost burden to payors and taxpayers. The Practice Administrator will be based in Horsham, PA and will be responsible for maintaining high levels of patient, physician, and staff satisfaction as well as financial metrics (e.g., total patient volume and profitability). The Practice Administrator will receive support from corporate billing, finance, human resources, payor contracting, legal and compliance. Practice Administrator will initially be responsible for a number of growth programs (Intensive Cardiac Rehab, PET/CT, clinical trails, vascular ultrasound, and Chronic Care Management). Practice Administrator will be mentored by experienced Practice Administrator and physician leadership. Expectation is the Practice Administrator would be responsible for the overall leadership of the cardiology practice within 12-18 months.
