You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying business intelligence solutions using Power BI, ensuring that stakeholders have timely access to actionable insights.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports that provide insightful and actionable business intelligence.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from a variety of sources into Power BI, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.Optimize and maintain SQL database queries and stored procedures for performance and scalability.Provide technical support and training to end-users on Power BI tools and dashboards.Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in BI technology to suggest and implement improvements.Requirements:Proven experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role.Strong expertise in SQL, with experience in optimizing queries and working with large datasets.Familiarity with data centers, understanding the nuances of data storage, retrieval, and security.Experience in data modeling, analysis, and reporting.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently on multiple projects.Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Flexible availability to work on an as-needed basis, with varying hours per week depending on project demands.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Minimum of 4+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI and SQL.Prior experience in the tourism and/or automotive industry is a plus.This contract role offers the chance to work remotely from anywhere in the Southeastern United States, providing the flexibility to balance work with personal commitments.
