This position will be responsible for supporting the new business process for all Sales Executives by setting up new clients and prospects in Client Management System(s), creating a submission for Marketing, and managing the process through binding all new lines of coverage before transitioning to a PCS Service Team. The New Business Onboarding Specialists will also assist Sales in policy analysis and determining coverage gap opportunities.As our Operations Specialist on the Personal Lines Insurance team, you'll take part inKnowledge of entering New Business in Client Management System setup and managementReview current policies to determine coverage analysis based on client exposures and identify any gaps in coverage.Prepare AOR letters and New Business submission for Marketing.Work with Marketing through quoting process and field all underwriting questions and information requests.Prepare Proposal for Sales to present to Prospect.Provide binding instructions and all required signed binding documents to Marketing.Update Client Management System with bound coverage information.Prepare Summary of Bound CoverageInvoice all bound lines of coverage.Follow up on outstanding items, policy review and accuracy.Facilitate introduction to Account Manager.
