Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct brainstorming sessions with engineering colleagues to aid in generation of new controls concepts, circuit designs, or new methodologies. Create new controls architecture, design and analyze new circuits, and develop programming that can adapt our products to function with new and emerging technology. Own system hardware selection for new 12V-700V systems. Includes selection of new electric motors, actuators, and power electronics required for integration with high voltage vehicle systems.    Lead definition of product specifications and help to set product technical/functional requirements.
