Demonstration of knowledge and understanding of human performance improvement techniques. "Qualifications:?1-3 years of engineering experience is required for the engineer II. 5+ years of engineering experience is required for the sr engineer (PE licenses preferred). 8+ years of industry experience required for the senior engineer II. If no PE license, must have 10 years as a practicing engineer. 12+ years of industry experience as a practicing engineer, including experience performing highly technical work of specialized nature. Requires PE. If no PE license, must have 15+ years as a practicing engineer. Effective oral and written communication skills. Effective analytical and problem-solving skills. Project management skills; ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
