The Staff Accountant II is responsible for performing the accounting for several data center properties owned or leased by CoreSite. Accounting requirements entail preparation of monthly journal entries, reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, preparation of financial statements and monthly reporting packages, including associated variance analysis of income statements and balance sheets, completing common area maintenance (CAM) reconciliations for some data center customers and obtaining an understanding of all accounting and financial reporting for these properties.
