Core responsibilities include:• Designing and executing upon investigation plans, including analyzing specific allegations, collecting and assessing data and documentary evidence, and interacting with employees involved in the reviews, and conducting relevant witness interviews. • Effectively interacting and communicating with internal stakeholders, including partner teams, HR Business Partners, and business leaders.• Managing a caseload of multiple internal reviews. • Making objective and analytically-sound findings and providing recommendations and advice about options for corrective action as well as recommendations for internal improvements to mitigaterisk. Preparing and maintaining casefiles, executive summaries, and reports as part of an end-to-end process.• Coordinating with internal employment counsel, privacy counsel, outside counsel, and others, as appropriate.• Identifying and analyzing patterns and trends across reviews and collaborating with internal partners to respond accordingly.
