Customer Service Representative Responsibilities: Review damage assessment results and make recommendations Coordinate with technicians to order parts and new equipment from dozens of manufacturers Work closely with a dynamic team of Service Specialists and Claims Specialists to ensure that customers' medical equipment needs are addressed Build relationships with manufacturer reps and negotiate pricing as needed Perform local assessments and repairs Handle local rentals and sales of new equipment Customer Service Representative Requirements: Bachelor's degree preferred; Associate degree required Some experience providing customer service preferred Must be able to prioritize and multi-task various projects Great attention to detail and patience Computer literate Excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills Positive/contagious personality Must exude confidence over the telephone Excellent communication skills Willingness to learn and confidence to take occasional risks If you are interested in this Customer Service Representative opportunity and qualify per the above requirements, please apply today!
