The role is a key partner to the Operations leadership team and the person must be comfortable working with all levels of the organization from entry level through VP and SVP levels. The candidate is expected to be a fully self-sufficient Program Manager and Strategy Advisor to the senior-level leaders at Cepheid. The person will a self-starter that confirms a problem statement, documents goals, success criteria and independently leads cross-functional teams with limited direction to implement process improvements, drive cross-organizational change, and ensure that tasks and dependencies are completed successfully and according to documented project plan.
