Patrick's major manufactured products include decorative vinyl and paper panels, wrapped mouldings, interior passage doors, cabinet doors, slotwall and slotwall components, and countertops. The Company also distributes drywall and drywall finishing products, wiring, plumbing and electrical products, electronics, cement siding, interior passage doors, roofing products, laminate flooring, and other miscellaneous products. Patrick Industries was founded in 1959 by Mervin D. Lung. The Company's operations began as a distributor of paneling to the Elkhart, Indiana area's manufactured housing industry. The Company was incorporated in 1961. A publicly held company, Patrick Industries stock is traded on the NASDAQ Global Market under the ticker symbol PATK.
