Paramount Staffing is a team of staffing and recruiting experts with over 75 years of combined experience.Kimberly Lusink has been a part of the Atlanta business community for over 17 years. After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Kimberly started her recruiting career at a local staffing agency. In 1998 she founded Paramount Staffing, LLC. Named one of the Atlanta Business Chronicles' Top Ten Contingency Executive Agencies, in 2008 Paramount Staffing merged with another top legal staffing agency called The Partners Group, where she now serves on the Board of Directors.Dorina Dupuis Dorina Dupuis joined Paramount Staffing, LLC in September of 1998. An experienced paralegal, Dorina was seeking a career that allowed her to utilize her legal experience, but would also give her the opportunity to work within the legal field. Throughout her career at Paramount, Dorina has placed several hundred legal professionals in law firm environments and in house legal departments of corporations. Well known for her listening skills and comprehension of both client and candidate desires, Dorina successfully places a variety of candidates in both temporary and direct hire positions. Dorina represents Paramount Staffing as Platinum Level Sponsor of AALA (Atlanta Association of Legal Administrators).Yvonne Dwyer is a Medical and Dental Recruiter for Paramount Staffing, LLC. Prior to joining the Paramount team in 2003, Yvonne had worked in both the staffing industry and for a practice management software company. Having worked extensively in the healthcare community, Yvonne has great insight into practices staffing needs. She keeps herself educated with the constant changes in healthcare information and technology. Yvonne is a supporting member of AMGMA (Atlanta Medical Group Management Association) and GAMMA (Greater Atlanta Medical Managers Association). She specializes in the placement of both temporary and direct hire clinical and clerical positions in the healthcare community.Elane Buresi is a Legal and Corporate Recruiter for Paramount Staffing, LLC. Joining our team in 2004, Elane began as an assistant to the Legal Division. She displayed excellent dedication and a natural penchant for recruiting, so she was promoted to a recruiter position in 2006. Since that time, she has excelled in developing high volume accounts to which she offers excellent customer service. Elane's strengths are her solid listening skills and her ability to deliver what is requested by her clients.Kim Johnson joined Paramount Staffing as a Corporate and Medical Recruiter in August of 2009. With over 13 years of staffing experience, Kim brings a strong sales approach to her staffing efforts. Specializing in both temporary and direct hire placements, Kim listens to both her clients and in candidates so that she understands their needs and can make the best possible match. Kim has earned her Certified Staffing Professional certification.Amy Lewis is a Corporate Recruiter for Paramount Staffing, LLC. Having joined the team in May of 2010, Amy focuses primarily on temporary and direct hire positions in the finance and education sectors. Upon graduating from Troy University, Amy began her recruiting career placing physicians and nurses. Hailing from a medical placement background, Amy was excited to join Paramount Staffing in order to expand her depth of recruiting experience. Amy's strength rests not only in her ability to build strong client relationships, but also in her knowledge of the market.Wade Caston serves as Director of Sales at Paramount Staffing, LLC. With over 13 years of staffing agency experience in the Atlanta area,Wade offers exceptional customer service, developing relationships with clients based on trust and respect. Wade continues to exceed client expectations by delivering a higher caliber candidate at a competitive rate. His client base ranges from several mid-sized companies to multi international corporations. Wade is extremely involved in all aspects of initiating client relationships at Paramount Staffing.
