Our History:
In 1928, two enterprising brothers left their father’s farm in Minnesota to start their own general store business…they were two young entrepreneurs entering a highly competitive business world with little more than an idea and the will to succeed. The general store was a success and soon the brothers’ idea of retailing gasoline in connection with the general store became a reality. A new concept of retail marketing, the “Stationstore,” was born. 80 years later, Holiday has maintained its original family ownership.
